The Tennis Elbow Band sits just below your elbow to deliver pain-relieving compression right where it hurts. It includes a silicone pad and an extra elastic strap for added, targeted pressure. Place the pad on the outside of your elbow to relieve Tennis Elbow (lateral epicondylitis), or on the inside to ease Golfer’s Elbow (medial epicondylitis). Made from our breathable, compressive material, it’s comfortable enough to wear all day.

Been playing tennis since a child ,,this brace is totally the ""Best"" of all I have tried,,second time I order them,,plus order a third one for a gift to a friend ,,,I can add how happy this friend have been since I gave it to him,,,both happy campers,,,,Thanks and don"t stop making this brace ,,should be sold trough tennis suppliers like midwest sports and tennis warehouse,,,,THANKS.

CUSTOMIZABLE PAIN RELIEF
The Tennis Elbow Band is constructed with a silicone gel pad and targeted compression strap on one side of the sleeve. For Tennis Elbow, position the gel pad over the outside of the elbow where you feel the greatest pain. For Golfer’s Elbow, slide the gel pad to the inside of the elbow.
