My wife is using it and finds it helps. I've noticed both items I bought from Bioskin were medium size according to your size chart but both had to be returned for the Large size. I think your Medium is smaller than you indicate.

Great Strap
Q Baby Patella Tendon Strap is extremely comfortable, as well as supportive. It does not slip and thus far has not stretched out. I am very petite and the size 2 works great. I have several bulky braces that I never wear because of their size and lack of comfort but I have a Q Baby strap for both legs and wear them daily when working out.
