Works very well. Worth the $$$. My son is 12 yrs old and a gymnasts. He wears 2 knee braces to stabilize his hyper-mobile knee joints. He has great success with these braces when tumbling, running and landing. His knee cap would slide when he would run causing pain and reducing stability. The Q brace is very helpful to keep his knee cap in place and prevents pain because his knee is working as it should! No more pain, just power!!! He is really happy with these braces! I had knee surgery a year ago, and was still in considerable pain. I had been using a competitor"s brace, but was allergic to neoprene.
