I stumbled upon Bioskin online and ordered this brace as a last attempt before going back to see ortho to discuss invasive options- i really wanted to be more active. I am delighted that after about a month of use i am now jogging for exercise and can run 2-3 miles without any pain! In June 2019 I was referred to an NHS physiotherapist. After examining my knee she suggested I try a BioSkin Patella Tracking Knee Brace to support my knee. She immediately gave me a the brace and instructed me on how to put it on correctly. With this I also used a crutch for additional assistance. Within days I found that I could go out with greater confidence. I would only use the brace if I was going out of the house, such as going shopping.\r\nSeveral months later I had the confidence to stop using the crutch. Today 20/1/2020 I saw my physio who said that my walking was much better and that I should continue to use the brace. It is very comfortable and gives me a great peace of mind and confidence when going out. I would recommend this brace to anyone with knee problems. It has really helped me and I am so indebted to my physio who introduced me to this brace. After trying two sizes and talking to customer service, they recommended I try the front closure version and voila! A fantastic fit.
