  We understand that it can be hard to order something online when you can’t try it out first. Try out any of our bracing products for ten days and if you’re not satisfied, just follow the instructions on the return form included with the packaging, attach the prepaid postage, and drop it back in the mail. Once we receive the product, we will refund your original form of payment. Please be sure to let us know what didn’t work for you so we can use your feedback to keep improving our products.

• 30-Day Return Policy on Unused Products

  If you have a new, unused product with the original packaging, returns are accepted within a 30 day window.

• Exchange Instructions

  The fastest way to receive a different size is to simply place a new order for the new size, then return the original item using the shipping label provided. We will process your refund as soon as we receive and inspect the original item.

• Amazon Orders

  If you made your purchase through Amazon, please send us your Amazon order number to orders@bioskin.com to get your return started.

BioSkin® guarantees its products against defects in material and workmanship for 90 days. If you think your product is defective, please call us at 800-541-2455 to arrange for a replacement.
