Designed to provide added patellar support, the Donut Buttress is used to surround the patella in both the Patella Stabilizer knee brace and the Hinged Knee Brace. The Donut Buttress is made of a dense medical-grade foam that is sturdy and comfortable. The buttress diameter is 3-3/4 inches and only 1/3 inch thick. Note: The Donut Buttress is only replaceable in the Ultima versions of the Patella Stabilizer and Hinged Knee Brace - Pull on.
