Product Fitter and Retail Associate

BioSkin LLC provides products that help people stay active, experience less pain, and live with greater confidence. We are seeking an intelligent and outgoing person to join our retail store's team in Medford, Oregon. The ideal candidate thrives on personal interactions and helping people find solutions to problems. This position is very fulfilling as you will be fitting people with products that make a meaningful difference in their lives.  You will be working closely with both retail customers and clients who medical providers have referred for a wide variety of conditions, including arthritis, back pain, sprains, and lymphedema. You will also be supporting women going through the challenging process of preparing for and recovering from a mastectomy and helping them find items that will facilitate their healing and restore their confidence.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Listen to customers' needs and assist them in finding the appropriate products
• • Take measurements to find the product with the right fit
• • Ensure customer satisfaction through knowledgeable and attentive interactions
• • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store and storage areas
• • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

HOURS
Monday - Friday 8:30a-4:30p
Hours may adjust slightly as needed

 

COMPENSATION
• $18 - $20 per hour DOE
• Health Insurance
• 401k
• Paid time off
