Do masks work to slow the spread of Covid-19? How does a mask protect me? Why is wearing a mask important?

We’ve invested a significant amount of time learning about masks ourselves, and wanted to share some great resources with you for learning more about how masks help make our communities safer places.

We also get lots of questions about whether very breathable and comfortable masks are also effective. When Covid cases first spiked in the United States, our customers requested that we design a comfortable mask using our background in technical fabrics. Our goal from the beginning has been to balance breathability with efficacy, making masks that are comfortable yet effective. We’ve had the fabric used in all of our masks tested at an accredited lab and share the results here.
